Dear Friends,
In an effort to keep our community safe and in compliance with the latest guidelines issued by Governor Hochul, we have adjusted our safety protocols regarding COVID-19.

When visiting the salon:

  • Please do not come in if you are feeling unwell.
  • We ask that you call from your car before entering the salon for your appointment.
  • Please wear a mask for your visit, regardless of vaccination status.
  • When you arrive you will be asked a few screening questions:
    • Have you or anyone in your household recently tested positive for COVID-19?
    • Are you experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19?

Adjustments to services offered:

  • We are suspending all waxing services that require your mask to be removed (lip, chin, nose).
  • We are suspending all make-up applications.

Shopping:

  • We encourage curbside pick-up for product purchases. You can reach us by email with your request at [email protected], fill out an online order form or simply give us a call, we can take payment over the phone.
  • We also encourage contactless payments. We recommend purchasing gift cards online to use for future appointments.

Regarding Satori Salon Team Members:

  • All Satori Salon team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and agree to comply with all recommendations regarding booster shots as necessary.
  • All Satori Salon team members will undergo health screening including temperature each workday morning.

We will continue keeping a close eye on these developments and be responding to any new information as well as guidance from the Health Department.

    with a scheduled lunch break from 12:30-1:30
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4:00pm
    with a scheduled lunch break from 12:00-1:00

    We are here! Please call 607-266-0130 to book an appointment:

    • If you have traveled outside of New York State, PLEASE MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT (or reschedule your appointment) AT LEAST TWO WEEKS AFTER YOUR RETURN.

    Hours:

    • Tuesday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm
      with a scheduled lunch break from 12:30-1:30

    • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4:00pm 
      with a scheduled lunch break from 12:00-1:00

    Safety Protocols:

    • All clients must wear a mask.
    • We also ask that you bring in your phone only, please no pocketbooks, newspapers, or magazines.

    To ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing:

    • All employees will be getting tested every two weeks and we will be following additional safety measures such as checking temperatures daily.
    • We ask that all of our clients comply with the safety measures put in place by the New York State Board of Cosmetology.
    • We will require all clients to please wear a mask.
    • We also ask that you bring in your phone only. We ask that you please not bring in pocketbooks, newspapers, magazines.

    How appointments will go:

    • When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking area. If you get the machine, leave a message and wait in your car, your stylist will be looking for you.
    • Once we have completed the sterilization required between each client, we will call or come get you.

    Checking is as “hands-free” as possible: 

    • If you’d like to pay with a gift card, please purchase at least one day before your appointment. Gift cards can be purchased online or over the phone.
    • Credit cards and checks are accepted.
    • We will not be handling cash at this time.

    Gratuities: 

    We are so appreciative of how generous our clients are with showing gratitude through gratuity.  

    • Gratuities can be given to stylists/technicians directly through PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check. Each Stylist will have their Venmo/ PayPal information posted on their mirrors.

    Return to normal business hours between 27th-30th

    • Thursday, December 31st: Open 9am – 1:00pm

    Blow Drying Is Back!

    Blow Drying is Back (in the treatment rooms)!

    We’ve repurposed our small treatment rooms into styling rooms! Salons around the Country are proving (through proper sanitation and sterilization precautions), that we can provide safe spaces for our clients! Out of an abundance of caution, Team Satori has chosen not to return to blow-drying in the main salon. We feel strongly that this extra step is helping to keep any tiny droplets, or aerosols from floating in the air. Our treatment rooms have been outfitted with individual air filtration systems so that we can now offer blow-drying and heat styling safely. A fee of $7 will be added for a blow-dry and our full blow out and blow out add on services will resume at their regular price (according to the stylist level). As ever, we thank you for your patience as we adapt to the changing times!

    Welcome Back Kailey!

    Our beloved Kailey Flower and her partner Anthony welcomed their beautiful son Lincoln into the world in early June. We are so very happy to report that Kailey will be back on the salon floor beginning September 15th, increasing her hours gradually. We can’t wait to have her back with us.
