The following policies allow us to maintain a safe, organized and pleasant environment at Satori, we feel that they benefit our staff and customers alike. Should you have a question about any of our policies, please do not hesitate to give us a call at (607) 266-0130.

Cancellations

Cancellation or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and are greatly appreciated.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our team and you, our valued guests.

Arrival Time and Lateness

Please arrive at least 5-15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.

Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation to another convenient time when you arrive 10 minutes late or later. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, we can only do work with the time available.

Gratuities

Satori Salon accepts gratuities for technicians in cash and or they can be placed on your credit/debit card for your convenience.

Children

At Satori we welcome all children! For their safety and the sake of other guests, please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in our space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a chemical service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

Head Lice

It is against Satori Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we will not be able to complete the service the same day. We will, however, be able to complete the service 2 weeks after the head lice treatment has been completed. Please check children prior to your appointment should you know they have come in contact with lice.

Redos

At Satori Salon we stand firmly behind all of our salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments are happily honored for a week from the original date of service.

Returns/Refunds

We stand behind all of our products. Should you be dissatisfied with any products purchased at Satori Salon, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

All Sales of hairbrushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and Makeup are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges on these products.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Satori Salon.
