We’re Vaccinated:

As of April 24th, all members of Team Satori Are fully vaccinated!

Safety Protocols Remain in Place as Follows:

  • All clients must continue to wear a mask and comply with the safety measures put in place by the New York State Board of Cosmetology.
  • If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the two weeks prior to your appointment, please reschedule with us.

What to Expect:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking area. If you get the machine, leave a message and wait in your car, your stylist will be looking for you.
  • Once we have completed the sterilization required between each client, we will call or come get you.
  • If you’d like to pay with a gift card, please purchase at least one day before your appointment. Gift cards can be purchased online or over the phone.
  • Gratuities can be given to stylists/technicians directly using PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check. Each Stylist will have their Venmo/ PayPal information posted on their mirrors.
  • Blowdrying has been moved back onto the main floor. We still have a private room available if you would feel more comfortable.

We have been so pleased to be able to serve our community during this difficult time. We know that a good haircut, the perfect beauty products, and the right make-up can make all the difference with how you are feeling during these crazy times.

As the weather cools and we face more time indoors we highly recommend you take a little extra time to take care of yourself (even when you’re not in the salon). So we’ve taken the time to create something special for you…

Each bundle is curated by Satori staff and priced well below the cost of the products when purchased individually. Try a plant-powered skincare bundle from Aveda or a do-it-yourself one hour spa with some of our favorites.

Phase 3 Is Here!

Phase 3 is here and that means nails are back!

All of the protocols below (from our last update) are still in place with this additional service. Read on for nail service details.
We cannot accommodate “drying time” at the moment. We highly recommend gel manicures! Nails are completely dry immediately and last up to 2 weeks. If you are coming in for a pedicure, bring flip flops or sandal that can be easily slipped on after your pedicure so you can dry outside. Pedicures will be handles a little differently:
  • No foot file to remove dry callous, but we will add a longer hydrating foot mask
  • We also recommend a Parafin moisture mask upgrade $10 and 15 min!

  • If you missed an appointment due to our closure and are expecting a call, missed a call or we’ve been playing phone tag, we encourage you to call the salon. 

Hours:

  • At this time we are here Tuesday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm with a scheduled lunch break from 12:30-1:30 and on Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4:00pm with a scheduled lunch break from 12:00-1:00. We will not be answering the phone during the lunch break.

To ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing:

  • All employees will be getting tested every two weeks and we will be following additional safety measures such as checking temperatures daily.
  • We ask that all of our clients comply with the safety measures put in place by the New York State Board of Cosmetology.
  • We will require all clients to please wear a mask.
  • We also ask that you bring in your phone only. We ask that you please not bring in pocketbooks, newspapers, magazines.

An UPDATE on how appointments will go:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking area. Stay in your car or feel free to sit in the chairs in front of the salon. If you get the machine, make your way to the chairs out front, your stylist will be looking for you.
  • Once we have completed the sterilization required between each client, we will call or come get you.

Checking out will be as “hands-free” as possible: 

  • If you’d like to pay with a gift card, please purchase at least one day before your appointment. Gift cards can be purchased online or over the phone.
  • Credit cards and checks are accepted.
  • We will not be handling cash at this time.

We are so appreciative of how generous our clients are with showing gratitude through gratuity. We can no longer facilitate Gratuities through the front desk.
